Refund and Return Policy for Divine Chopta

At Divine Chopta, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests, ensuring that your stay with us is comfortable and memorable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to provide fair and transparent refund and return policies. Please take a moment to review our policies below.
1. Cancellations
We offer flexible cancellation policies depending on when you make the cancellation. Our cancellation policies are as follows:
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before your scheduled check-in date and receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 3 to 7 days before the check-in date will be subject to a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
Please note that the cancellation policy applies to individual bookings and is valid based on the check-in date.
2. Modification of Booking
If you need to change the dates of your reservation or modify your booking, please notify us at least 5 days before your check-in date. Depending on availability, we will accommodate your request, and no additional charges will apply if the change is made in line with our cancellation policy. Changes made less than 5 days before your stay may incur extra charges, subject to availability.
3. Refund Process
Once your cancellation request is processed, we will initiate the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for booking. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled booking and do not notify us in advance, no refund will be provided. This applies even if you fail to check in on your reserved date.
5. Special Circumstances
In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances (such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or personal health emergencies), we may make exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy. Please contact us directly if such situations arise, and we will try to accommodate your needs as best as we can.
6. Return of Payments
If you are not satisfied with your stay due to certain issues, we request that you inform us immediately so that we can try to resolve any issues during your stay. However, refunds or returns are not applicable after the check-out date unless specified by law.
7. Non-refundable Fees
Certain fees, such as booking or processing charges, may not be refundable under any circumstances. We recommend reviewing the charges at the time of booking.
8. Group Bookings and Special Requests
